Welcome to Tacti - a study platform designed to help aspiring BCBAs prepare effectively for the certification exam. By using Tacti, you agree to the following Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Terms of Service

1. Use of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Tacti.
• Use the Service only for lawful and educational purposes.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription.
• All transactions are handled securely through Stripe (web) or RevenueCat (mobile in-app purchases).
• You may cancel anytime. Refunds are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.

3. Content Ownership

All study materials, questions, and graphics are owned by Tacti ABA and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or distribute content without permission.

4. Educational Purpose Only

Tacti is a study tool and does not guarantee exam success. We are not affiliated with the BACB® or any certifying organization.

5. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that content will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tacti is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the platform.
